Are you a water enthusiast with a passion for leading a team and creating unforgettable aquatic experiences? Elite Sports Clubs - Brookfield is looking for an energetic and dedicated Aquatics Coordinator to make a splash in our top-notch aquatics center!

Elite Sports Clubs is a premier fitness and sports organization dedicated to helping our members achieve their fitness and recreational goals. Our Brookfield location is a vibrant community hub offering a wide range of fitness, wellness, and sports activities, including an outstanding aquatics facility.

What You’ll Do:

As our Aquatics Coordinator, you’ll be the captain of our aquatics programming and teams, ensuring a safe, fun, and engaging environment for all our members and guests. Your responsibilities will include:

Summer (Full-Time):

1. Leading the charge as the waterfront supervisor for our summer camp program.
2. Scheduling and supervising lifeguards, swim instructors, and other aquatic staff.
3. Coordinating group and private swim lessons.
4. Keeping parents in the loop with updates on their children’s progress.

Fall, Winter, Spring (Part-Time):

1. Managing the swim lesson schedule and staffing.
2. Maintaining open and friendly communication with parents.
3. Training and certifying all aquatics staff in lifeguarding, CPR, and first aid.
4. Developing and launching exciting aquatics programs, from swim lessons to aquatic fitness classes.
5. Ensuring the pool area is safe, clean, and compliant with health regulations.
6. Conducting regular in-service training to keep the team sharp and ready.
7. Overseeing the aquatics budget and purchasing supplies and equipment.
8. Addressing member inquiries and promoting our aquatics programs.
9. Working with facilities staff to keep the pool in top condition.
10. Keeping detailed records of staff certifications, pool maintenance, and program participation.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Experience in aquatics management or a related field (preferred, but not required).
2. Current certifications in Lifeguard Instructor (LGI) and CPR (required).
3. Experience in teaching swim lessons and managing a team (a plus!).
4. Water Safety Instructor (WSI) certification (bonus points!).
5. Strong leadership and people skills.
6. Great organizational and time management abilities.
7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
8. A passion for aquatics and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
