Bear Paddle Swim School uses a results-focused, story-based approach to teaching lessons to build confident and skilled swimmers, so parents can rest assured that their child is having fun while learning to swim. We are currently developing lifelong swimmers in 14 locations across the US.
Bear Paddle Swim School is seeking a qualified and motivated Aquatics Manager (Lessons Experience Manager) who will be responsible for ensuring the Swim School meets all financial goals while providing the highest quality swim lessons, customer service, and facility standards. The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of swim lesson structure including a background knowledge of competitive swimming. The Lesson Experience Manager is responsible for organizing and coordinating the swim lessons and procedures with the Swim School Manager to ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency. This role reports to the Swim School Manager.
This is a full-time, hourly role, located in Niles, and will report to the Swim School Manager. This role is benefits-eligible, including medical and dental insurance, and HSA options. Evening and weekend availability is required to be present during peak business hours. The pay for this position is $22-24 per hour, depending on experience.
