Job summary

Camden County PSA swim team is seeking an Aquatics Coach for a part-time, non-exempt role. The coach will lead practices, organize meets, and keep open lines of communication with parents, with a variable schedule including mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Certifications in Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED and USA Swim are required, plus the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective instruction, and delivering constructive feedback to students and families while

Qualifications

• Lifeguard/CPR/First Aid/AED certification required.
• USA Swim Certification required.
