Camden County PSA Recreation Center in Kingsland, GA seeks an Aquatics Coach to train and prepare swimmers for events. The role may include evenings and weekends with a total up to 29 hours weekly. The position is part-time with a $20.00 hourly wage, based at the Aquatics Center, and reports to the Aquatics Coordinator. Experience teaching swimming is essential.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.

• Familiarity with Team Unify software is preferred.

Position Summary: Responsible for coaching Camden County PSA swim team to prepare them for events and competitions. Maintains a variable schedule and works the required hours to meet the duties and responsibilities of this position which may include evening and weekend work.

Essential Responsibilities/Duties:

• Works with swim team during practices, events, and competitions
• Organize and plan swim meets
• Communicate with swim team parents about all matters pertaining to the swim team
• Maintain a work week of up to 29 hours
• Performs all other duties as related

Working Environment:

Duties are primarily performed at Aquatics Center during morning, afternoons, nights and weekends. This position works closely with others as well as independently.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires: the ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time; hand eye coordination; physical dexterity, and the ability to lift swimmers of various ages and sizes; must be able to lift 50 lbs or more.
