Qualifications

• Knowledge of janitorial cleaning techniques.
• Experience with cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and floor buffers.
• Customer service experience.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and best practices for cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, such as events.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy-duty cleaning and related maintenance work in facilities, restrooms, and high traffic areas during events and banquets.
• Clean and maintain stadium seats, concourses, corridors, stairways, rooms, and large gathering spaces.
• Ensure exterior sidewalks, patios, and stairwells are well maintained; use blowers and pressure washers as needed.
• Perform high-volume trash management, including collecting recycling and compost.
• Clean and restock large caterers’ kitchens, hospitality rooms, and food concession areas during service times.
• Clean, sanitize, stock, and maintain large public restrooms and locker rooms.
• Clean glass windows; clean and disinfect fixtures and surface areas throughout the facilities.
• Perform maintenance and minor repairs of custodial heavy equipment.
