Job summary

The Salvation Army Greenville, SC Kroc Center is seeking an Aquatics Manager to plan, develop, and oversee our aquatics programs. You will supervise staff, ensure safety standards, and maintain pool facilities and equipment.

Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in a related field with three years of aquatics supervision experience.

Responsibilities

  • Plans, recruits, orients, and supervises staff and volunteers; trains and instructs employees in proper methods and procedures; monitors work to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Develops partnerships with community aquatics programs and coordinates relationships with leaders and the Kroc Center.
  • Oversees day-to-day operations including maintenance, chemical treatments, and facility management.
