Job summary

Goldfish Swim School - Princeton is seeking an Aquatic Supervisor to lead on-deck teams, supervise staff, and manage daily pool operations. You will ensure a safe, engaging learning environment, supervise instructors, and communicate with parents about student progress.

The role rewards hands-on leadership, training opportunities and advancement as the school grows, with potential for flexible shifts and paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Two+ years as swim instructor preferred.
• Must pass background examinations (included with training).
• Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, discipline and feedback to instructors to ensure quality delivery of the Goldfish Swim School curriculum.
• Conducts daily pre-shift meetings and prepares the deck for the shift.
• Interacts with parents/guardians to discuss student progress.
• Acts as a GSS ambassador to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintains safety and cleanliness of the pool environment and logs daily activities.
