Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides shift supervision and direct service 80% of the time.
• Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Schedules and processes payroll functions.
• Supports campaigns and donor engagement in the community.
• Responds to member and community inquiries and safety concerns.
