Job summary

Goldfish Swim School is seeking a Facility Maintenance & Construction Manager to oversee existing locations and develop new schools. You will lead maintenance, safety, and construction projects, coordinating with leadership, franchise partners, architects, and vendors to ensure on-time, within-budget openings while maintaining brand standards.

The ideal candidate has strong technical background in aquatic facility maintenance, hands-on problem solving, and experience managing multi-location

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing new franchise location construction from pre-construction through opening.
• 5–10 years of combined experience in commercial construction management or facilities management.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, scheduling, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and safety of all locations; manage preventative maintenance for building and pool systems.
• Coordinate construction and renovations; manage budgets and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, health and safety standards; document progress for leadership.
