Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of district supervision and evaluation model.
• Ability to manage and motivate people.
• Ability to manage the building and its equipment.
• Working knowledge of competitive swimming and meet management.

Responsibilities

• Direct staff to ensure proper maintenance, operation and usage of equipment.
• Organize and administer regularly scheduled activities for the Aquatic Center.
• Work with instructional department to follow curriculum.
• Develop a program of continuous evaluation for all programs run in the Aquatic Center.
• Hire and retain staff for the Aquatic Center.
• Supervise general operation of the Aquatic Center.
• Follow health and safety standards as prescribed by law.
• Schedule facility use for practices and interscholastic competitions.
