Job summary

Snohomish School District is seeking an Aquatics Center Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise lifeguards and swim instructors, and coordinate program delivery at the Snohomish Aquatic Center.

Responsibilities include pool operations, swim lessons, staffing, event scheduling, safety, customer service, facility use, and budget monitoring; bachelor's degree and 3+ years leadership in aquatics are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Education, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of supervising aquatics programs and staff.
• Current ARC Lifeguarding, First Aid, and CPR/AED required; LGI preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day management and operation of aquatics programs and staff.
• Lead daily pool operations, swim lessons, staffing, and event scheduling.
• Ensure safety, customer service, facility use, and budget monitoring.
• Coordinate with Aquatics Center Supervisor and supervise lifeguards and instructors.
