Job summary

Aperture Pet & Life is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, in-person role in Bethlehem, PA or Golden Valley, MN. You will assist customers with orders, product questions, warranties, and returns, while expanding knowledge of reef systems and related equipment.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, at least one year of phone-based customer service, and familiarity with saltwater aquariums and brands like BRS, Neptune Systems, and Ecotech Marine. Standard hours apply.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of telephone customer service or retail experience preferred.
• Familiarity with saltwater reef systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via in-bound and outbound phone, email, fax, live chat, walk-in and will-call.
• Answer questions about products, brands, aquariums, RO/DI systems and warranties.
• Assist customers with processing orders, returns and refunds.
• Respond to technical product questions promptly.
• Follow department policies for customer concerns and solutions.
• Engage in ongoing education about saltwater and freshwater aquariums.
