Job summary

Aperture Pet & Life is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to assist customers on orders, aquariums, reef systems, and product warranties. You'll respond by phone, email, and chat, process orders, returns, and refunds, and advise customers on products and brands we service.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of phone-based customer service experience, familiarity with saltwater reef systems, and strong problem-solving abilities. Join a growth-focused team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year of telephone customer service, retail or related experience.
• Familiarity with saltwater reef systems and care products.

Responsibilities

• Provide support via in-bound and outbound calls, email, fax, live chat, walk-in, and will-call.
• Answer questions about products, brands, aquariums, reef systems, and warranties.
• Process orders, returns, and refunds.
• Assist customers with technical product questions in a timely manner.
• Respond to concerns by following department policies.
• Engage in ongoing education about saltwater and freshwater aquarium products.
