SC Aquarium in Charleston, SC is seeking a Custodian to maintain cleanliness of restrooms, locker rooms, offices, laboratories, halls, exhibit spaces and other areas. You will assist with moving furniture for cleaning and events and with trash removal.

This role requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and excellent customer service when aiding visitors and staff. A High School Diploma or GED and at least one year of relevant cleaning experience are expected.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant cleaning experience.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsabilités

• Clean restrooms, locker rooms, offices, laboratories, halls, and exhibit spaces.
• Assist with moving furniture for cleaning and event setups.
• Remove trash and manage recycling and waste materials.
• Scrub and finish floors; shampoo carpets and upholstery as needed.
• Assist with set-ups and takedowns for parties or meetings.
