Job summary

An aquarium and aviary service company is seeking a part-time technician to service aquariums and aviaries primarily in nursing homes and assisted living facilities. Our customers look to us to create a very serene and engaging environment for their residents/customers to enjoy. This particular role will primarily be servicing of aquariums and aviaries in nursing homes and assisted livings facilities. This is an entry level position that requires basic knowledge of hand tools and assembly. Lifting, bending, and some physical demands are involved in the position. This is a part-time remote position. Work is typically done during business hours of 8am to 7pm but is flexible. Hours will vary from month to month but will average around 10-20 hours per week.

*Travel in a 150 mile radius of Wichita, KS will be required. Furthest currently is 1 account in Fairview, OK. 143 Miles one way (Mileage reimbursement is paid while driving. Hourly Wage is not paid during driving)

*Due to work being performed in long term care homes, Covid-19 vaccine or masking/goggles may be required.

Storing 50# bags of bedding and seed along with 4-5 27 gallon totes of supplies will be required for the job.
