Job summary

Riverence Provisions LLC is seeking a Farm Manager to supervise all farm operations, lead a production team, and ensure fish health and quality. This full-time role requires strong communication, hands-on leadership, and the ability to travel between company farms as needed.

You will oversee life stages of fish, enforce safety and SOPs, manage records and audits, train staff, and collaborate with the Director of Farm Operations to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural sciences or related fields.
• Knowledge of fish health practices (disease diagnostics) is preferred.
• Exemplary attendance and strong work ethic.
• Leadership and supervisory ability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all farm operational activity.
• Manage life stages of fish.
• Schedule and supervise day-to-day farm activities.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Ensure safety training and incident reporting.
• Maintain facility, vehicles, and equipment.
• Monitor operational metrics and audits.
• Record-keeping and regulatory compliance.
• Travel between farms as needed.
• Support SOP development and adherence.
