Job summary

Riverence is seeking an Aquaculture Technician in Training to join our team. The role involves daily farm chores such as feeding, mortality removal, and screen scrubbing, with a strong emphasis on safety and biosecurity practices across multiple farm sections.

Ideal candidates will show attention to detail, reliability, and a willingness to perform various tasks beyond a single job in a dynamic aquaculture environment. Local travel to facilities is expected as needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to follow directions and communicate effectively.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation to the work site.

Responsibilities

• Feed fish and remove mortalities as part of routine farm chores.
• Monitor fish behavior and report abnormalities to supervisor.
• Assist with fish transfers and routine maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of raceways, graders, and farm facilities.
