Job summary

Riverence Provisions LLC is seeking a Farm Manager for a full-time role at a Riverence farm location. This position requires supervising and leading while functioning as a team member, with strong communication and business acumen, and experience in fish husbandry and production operations.

The Farm Manager will oversee all farm operations, manage all life stages of fish, train and supervise staff, ensure safety and compliance, maintain records, and travel between farms as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in agricultural science, fisheries science, marine biology, aquaculture, or related business field preferred.
• Knowledge of fish health practices, disease diagnostics, and treatments preferred.
• Computer skills, recordkeeping, and organizational abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Ability to communicate in English to adhere to safety standards.
• Valid Driver's License.
