JE Dunn Construction, partnered with Aptitude for technology integration, is seeking an Aptitude Project Manager 1 in Raleigh, NC. The role supports constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, bid pricing, project management and coordination of technology scopes across projects.

You will lead with strong communication, manage budgets and schedules, develop technology scopes, track milestones and ensure proper documentation, while mentoring team members and aligning with JE Dunn’s objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field (Required)
• 5+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems (Required)
• 5+ years of project management experience (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Coordinate technology design and construction efforts that meet standards.
• Provide technical expertise on design, installation and network integration of systems.
• Create technology scopes of work and responsibility matrices for projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor pricing for budgets or bids.
• Manage budgets, schedules, staffing projections, billing and collections.
