Zusammenfassung

JE Dunn Construction seeks a Senior Aptitude Project Manager to lead the Aptitude program across project lifecycles in the region. You will direct strategy, financials, and stakeholder relations to meet contractual and financial targets in alignment with JE Dunn values.

You will guide design, deployment, and integration of technology services, manage budgets and timelines, and mentor the Aptitude team to deliver high-impact projects in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field (Required).
• 8+ years of project management experience (Required).
• 10+ years experience in IT/Security/Life Safety related systems (Required).

Aufgaben

• Supports Aptitude project management family core objectives and standards.
• Coordinate design and construction efforts meeting standards (cost, quality, scope).
• Provide technical expertise on installation and network integration of systems.
• Develop task scopes and responsibility matrices for projects.
• Manage budgets, costs, and projections for assigned projects.
• Develop and adhere to Aptitude processes and standards.
• Lead and motivate teams in line with JE Dunn Core Values.
• Oversee project delivery strategies to achieve financial and performance targets.
• Communicate progress and resolve issues across stakeholders.
