Job summary

JE Dunn Construction, together with Aptitude, seeks a Project Manager 2 to lead technology integration across US projects, focusing on constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, bid pricing and coordinating with project teams on technology scopes.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, with travel up to 100% to project sites nationwide as part of the Aptitude team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, IT or related field required.
• 8+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 100%.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology design and construction efforts that meet standards.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain pricing for budgets.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections.
• Lead and mentor team members toward company objectives.
• Develop and manage project schedules and track milestones.
• Ensure proper project documentation and archiving.
