Job summary

JE Dunn Construction seeks an experienced Project Manager 2 to lead Aptitude technology integration on complex construction projects in the greater Houston area. This role covers constructability reviews, conceptual estimating, bid pricing and full project coordination with design and construction teams.

You will drive budgets, schedules, and performance metrics while mentoring the Aptitude team to align with JE Dunn's strategic objectives and core values.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in Information Technology/Security/Life Safety related systems.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of Healthcare construction experience (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology related design and construction efforts that meet constructability, quality, financial and technical standards.
• Create technology specific scopes of work and responsibility matrices tailored to individual projects.
• Perform quantity takeoffs and obtain vendor & trade partner pricing for budgets or hard bid proposals.
• Manage budgets, costs and projections related to assigned projects.
• Lead, coach and motivate team members in line with JE Dunn's objectives.
