Job summary

The South Carolina Department of Social Services in Florence seeks an APS Team Leader to oversee daily program operations, supervise staff, and ensure protective services for vulnerable adults in line with state policy and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration or a related field.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Human Services, Public Administration or a related field.
• 3 years experience in Human Services or Social Services Programs (for the bachelor’s degree)
• 1 year experience in Human Services or Social Services Programs (for the master’s degree)

• Supervise staff and conduct case reviews to ensure quality service.
• Monitor performance and ensure timely, appropriate interventions.
