Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and three years of full-time professional experience in social services and/or human services case management, gerontology, investigations, psychology, or sociology.
• Criminal background disclosure form required and approved by appointing authority.
• Fingerprint sample required for background check.
• Review against Indicated Persons Registry and vulnerable persons' registries.
• Must possess valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Available to be on call 24/7.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates team caseload data and trends; provides feedback to APS Regional Supervisor for program improvement.
• Develops and implements strategic solutions to ensure policy compliance and service quality.
• Oversees APS staff, including hiring, coaching, and performance management; mentors other staff.
• Leads reviews of cases and provides directives; accompanies staff on in-person visits when needed.
• Develops relationships with internal/external partners and explains APS programs to law enforcement, agencies, and the public.
• Coordinates service provision budgets and obtains cost estimates for approvals.
• Plans training for staff and external partners on policies and procedures.
• Participates in legal team meetings and may testify in legal proceedings.
