Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of the APS team and ensure service expectations are met.
• Provide coaching, training, and support to APS teams.
• Resolve issues with insurance applicant orders via phone, email, and electronic systems.
• Answer inquiries from internal and external customers promptly and accurately.
• Monitor department productivity and service levels.
• Prepare client or department reports and communicate findings to management.
