Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners / Southern NH Health in Pepperell, MA is seeking a compassionate Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population.

The position is full-time, W2 employed with generous benefits including BCBS Health, Delta Dental, STD/LTD, malpractice, PTO, CME days/allowance, and a 457(f) deferred savings plan. Experience in family medicine and EPIC EMR preferred.

M-F 8am-5pm; strong APP support; competitive base salary offered.
