Job summary

Strategic Operational Solutions (STOPSO) is seeking an APR Tier 2 Technician to provide intermediate-level support for incidents escalated from the Service Desk. The role supports both onsite government facilities or contractor-provided facilities and includes trend analysis as part of ongoing IT service improvements.

The candidate will resolve hardware/software issues, assist remote workers, diagnose OS and connectivity problems, and manage ServiceNow documentation, escalating advanced issues

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of IT support experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide intermediate-level Tier 2 support for escalated incidents.
• Resolve hardware and software issues.
• Support remote workforce and telework users.
• Diagnose operating systems, application, and connectivity problems.
• Support ServiceNow ticket management and documentation.
• Escalate advanced issues when needed.
• Participate in trend analysis efforts.
