ShopRite of Shrewsbury in New Jersey is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to lead the Appy/Deli Department and its associates, directing daily operations to achieve sales, profitability, and outstanding Customer Experience under the guidance of the General Store Manager.

You will recruit and train team members, ensure safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance, and uphold the company service priorities of Safety, Friendliness, Presentation, and Efficiency while maintaining high standards of

Qualifications

Must read, write, speak English proficiently.
Ability to perform basic math.
Ability to stand/walk for scheduled shifts.
Ability to perform basic computer functions.
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and work with varied products.
Ability to tolerate dust and cleaning agents.
Ability to lead and engage associates to meet goals.

Responsibilities

Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli Department functions and staff to meet department goals.
Maintain safety, food safety, and regulatory compliance in daily operations.
Greet customers, promote promotions, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Train onboarding Associates and provide feedback and development.
Keep displays stocked, labeled, and properly presented.
Monitor pricing, invoicing accuracy, and department reports.
