Job summary

ShopRite of Bound Brook in Bound Brook, NJ is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to direct and supervise all functions of the Appy/Deli Department and its associates, driving sales, profit and customer experience under the Store Manager's guidance.

You will lead staffing, training, and performance, ensure safety and food handling compliance, and foster a friendly, efficient department that delivers quality products and great service to shoppers daily.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to perform basic math and use computer functions.
• Ability to supervise and lead associates to achieve department goals.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli Department functions and activities.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of department associates.
• Ensure safety, food handling, and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain customer experience and department presentation standards.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing to meet sales and service goals.
