ShopRite Clinton is seeking an Appy/Deli Manager to supervise the department and its associates, driving sales, profit, and customer experience. You will lead staffing, training, and safety initiatives while ensuring clean, organized displays and accurate pricing.

The role emphasizes service priorities, teamwork, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced store environment at the Clinton location.

Qualifications

• Must read, write, speak English fluently.
• Able to perform basic math.
• Able to stand/walk for a full shift.
• Able to perform basic computer functions.
• Able to lift 25 lbs regularly, up to 60 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work in varying temperatures and handle dust/cleaners.
• Able to interact with customers in a friendly way.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all Appy/Deli functions and associates to meet goals.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies and laws.
• Lead onboarding, training, and development of department staff.
• Maintain department appearance, product stocking, and pricing accuracy.
• Assist with food preparation, catering, and special orders as needed.
• Promote customer experience and drive department performance.
