Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise the Appy/Deli Department to meet sales, profit, customer experience, and associate engagement goals.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with food handling and QA standards.
• Lead onboarding, training, and coaching of department staff.
• Ensure proper stocking, labeling, pricing, and appearance of department displays.
• Communicate with store leadership to maintain service priorities and department efficiency.
