Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, and understand English for daily tasks.
• Ability to perform basic math as part of operating the department.
• Experience in customer service and interacting with shoppers.
• Experience leading associates and driving teamwork to meet goals.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 60 lbs, and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all functions of the Appy/Deli Department.
• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Onboard and train new department associates.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance in the department.
• Monitor and control product presentation, pricing, and inventory.
