Job summary

California Department of Industrial Relations seeks an Analyst I to perform analytical, technical, and administrative duties related to the review, evaluation and preparation of program recommendations for Division of Apprenticeship Standards apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs statewide to ensure compliance with Labor Code requirements.

The analyst assists in determining program compliance, prepares evaluation reports, and maintains project records to support DAS oversight.

Responsibilities

• Review, evaluate and prepare program recommendations for DAS apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs statewide to ensure compliance with Labor Code requirements.
• Prepare evaluation reports and recommendations and maintain program records to support DAS oversight of approved apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship programs.
• Provide technical assistance to program sponsors and assist in determining program compliance with statutory requirements.
