Job summary

University of the Built Environment is seeking an Apprenticeship Outcomes Officer to support and guide apprentices, set targets, and help employers understand apprenticeship requirements. The role is full-time, with a split work location between Horizons (Reading, Berkshire) and home.

You will monitor progress for an allocated caseload, maintain e-portfolios, respond to queries, and join a values-driven team committed to student success and flexible working.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role.
• Experience with supporting learners/apprentices in identifying and setting SMART targets.
• Comfort with MS Office and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, plan for and undertake progress monitoring and reviews for an allocated apprentice caseload.
• Maintain accurate records of apprentice progress in e-portfolios.
• Respond to Student Central queries relating to apprentices in allocated caseload.
