Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is expanding and seeking Apprentices to grow into General Managers by supporting day-to-day restaurant operations, hiring and training staff, and delivering a Guest Obsessed experience.

Qualifications

• Guest-obsessed approach to hospitality.
• Ability to lead on-duty shifts and manage guest experience.
• Experience training crew and developing talent.
• Experience with scheduling and P&L management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be guest obsessed – uphold top-notch standards of excellence and hospitality.
• Act as the leader on duty, ensuring speed of service, accuracy, and positive guest experience.
• Train and develop crew members utilizing Chipotle’s training tools and resources.
• Ensure digital orders are delivered accurately and on time.
• Learn to run the day-to-day operational business of your restaurant (scheduling, P&L, forecasting, interviewing).
• Keep dining area clean and restaurant guest-ready.
• Uphold food safety, operational, and compliance standards.
• Work a standard 50-hour week with overtime paid, including evenings and weekends.
