Job summary

Land Rover Troy is hiring Apprentice Technicians to join our Service Department. In a fast-paced shop, you’ll perform basic maintenance such as oil changes and filter replacements, and assist with vehicle inspections under supervision.

You'll learn from experienced techs, communicate repair needs to the service advisor, and enjoy benefits including medical, dental, vision, paid time off, and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Experience in express/quick lubes preferred.
• ASE and/or manufacturer certifications a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent in line with role requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil changes and filter replacements.
• Conduct vehicle maintenance inspections (tires, brakes, fluids).
• Explain repair recommendations to service advisor liaison.
• Assist in other duties within Service Department.

What You'll Do:

• Perform minor maintenance, e.g., changing engine oil and filters
• Perform complete vehicle maintenance inspection including tires, brakes, and all fluid levels
• Communicate appropriate customer vehicle repair and maintenance recommendations to the service advisor liaison
• Assist in other duties as assigned within Service Department

Who We're Looking For:

• Experience as an express/quick lube technician preferred ASE and/or Manufacturer certifications a plus
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
