Job description

Job Summary:

Works with install technicians and service techs in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. Assists with daily procedures and paperwork for their assigned technician. (The first 90 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)

Key Qualifications:

1. Excellent communication skills.
2. Ability to use hand and power tools.
3. Ability to lift/carry/maneuver products weighing 75 lbs individually and assist others in lifting heavier equipment safely.

Key Job Responsibilities:

1. Equipment interconnection and cable routing.
2. Pre-wire and retro-wire standards and practices.
3. Basic troubleshooting of simple systems.
4. Documenting work performed via various software (training will be provided).

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven.
3. Familiar with desktop and mobile computing.
4. Clean driving record and background check.
5. Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
