Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment interconnection and cable routing.
• Pre-wire and retro-wire according to standards.
• Basic troubleshooting of simple systems.
• Complete ProSource University training within the first year.

Job description

Works with install technicians and service techs in a support role to assist with the completion of installs and service calls. Assists with daily procedures and paperwork for their assigned technician. (The first 90 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)
