Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to repair minor surface damage across floors, countertops, bathtubs, cabinets and more. You will interact with tenants and property managers, trace repair progress, and use our dedicated dispatch tool to document each step of the work.

Applicants should enjoy problem-solving with creativity, be comfortable operating your own toolkit, and adhere to a simple, repeatable 5-step repair process in a fast-paced field service role in Indiana Beech Grove.

Qualifications

• Experience working with your hands in construction, manufacturing, painting, or a personal hobby.
• Ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors.

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
