Job summary

Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on technician to perform on-site surface repairs across diverse settings, including apartments, hotels, and moving sites. You will complete multiple creative repairs daily while delivering strong customer service to tenants and property managers.

Applicants should have hands-on experience in related fields, the ability to match colors accurately, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Experience working with hands; relevant experience in construction, manufacturing, painting, or personal hobby.
• Must be able to see, distinguish, and replicate colors; color matching is a large part of the work.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• In the field daily: typically complete 4+ on-site repairs each day.
• Provide world-class customer service to tenants and property management staff.
• Update repair progress in CRM/Dispatch tool.
• Communicate with support team with questions.
• Understand and utilize the 5-step repair process.
• Use each tool in your custom tool-kit.
• Problem-solve repairs creatively across apartments, hotels, moving sites, construction sites, etc.

Requirements
