Surface Experts is seeking a hands-on Technician to help repair diverse surfaces for tenants and property managers. You’ll diagnose issues, perform quick repairs, and deliver high-quality results with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Pay range of $20 to $25 per hour includes base pay and performance-based bonuses
• Monthly bonus program depending on add-on repairs
• Pay raise following paid training completion
• Direct four-week track to Surface Repair Technician

Requirements

• Experience working with your hands - This could be in construction, manufacturing, painting, or even a personal hobby
• An ability to identify, compare, and recreate colors - Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do
