You will work with a team to deliver high-quality patient experiences, handle sales transactions, and explain delivery timelines while upholding company standards and policies.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service, communication, and teamwork.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Sales and service skills.
• Familiarity with POS and patient record systems.
• Embraces new technology.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses that suit vision, lifestyle, and budget.
• Explain delivery times of eyewear orders and ensure accurate measurements.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and process sales transactions.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and adhere to policies.
• Support doctors and staff with customer service and product knowledge.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.
