EssilorLuxottica's Silver Lake Eye Clinic is seeking a full-time associate to assist patients in frame and lens selection, take precise measurements, order eyewear, and ensure a fit that meets lifestyle and budget.

You will use POS systems and patient records, deliver excellent service, maintain eyewear quality to company standards, and support a busy schedule that can include weekends and evenings depending on location; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong math and merchandising knowledge.
• Experience with eyewear and optical products.
• Familiarity with POS and patient records software.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses to fit vision and budget.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure accurate fittings.
• Explain delivery times and manage customer expectations.
• Operate POS, process sales, and handle transactions per procedures.
• Maintain eyewear standards and safe work environment.
• Support weekends and evenings as needed.
