Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in selecting frames and lenses suited to vision, lifestyle and budget.
• Take and record measurements, adjust eyewear, and ensure accuracy.
• Explain delivery times and manage customer expectations.
• Operate the POS system and process sales transactions per policy.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and adhere to policies.
• Support practice in peak times (weekends/evenings) as needed.
• Provide role modeling and technical resources to teammates.
