Warby Parker is opening an Apprentice Optician role at Shoppes at Burnt Mills to learn eyewear fitting while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will train under a licensed or certified optician and gain hands-on skills in measurements, frame adjustments, and lens terminology, growing with a brand known for learning and value.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with a mentor who is a licensed or certified optician to learn how to meet customers' eyewear needs.
• Learn how to take and record measurements, adjust and fit eyewear with accuracy.
• Check that finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Develop the ability to explain prescription terminology and product offerings to customers.
• Collaborate with your team to ensure all customers receive exceptional service.
• Help customers choose frames and lenses based on prescription, face, style, and lifestyle.
