Qualifications

Apprentice Operator - Southeast Morris County Municipal Utilities Authority.

Is hiring a full-time (40 hrs./week) Apprentice Operator. This position assists with water treatment operations to support the delivery of safe and reliable drinking water to Authority customers.

The position required the ability to work outdoors in a variety of environmental conditions, including extreme heat, cold, and inclement weather, and to respond to scheduled and unscheduled emergency callouts. The Apprentice Operator must be availability 24/7 standby duty with approximate 45-mintue response time is required. Work may include non-standard hours such as night, weekends, and holidays. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Candidates must possess a valid New Jersey Driver’s License.
