Renewable Energy Systems (RES) is seeking an Apprentice Lineman to perform Civil/Electrical duties at project sites. The role requires climbing, operating bucket trucks, and assisting with overhead/underground service construction.

The position emphasizes safety, adherence to procedures, and a willingness to take on increasing responsibilities. Domestic travel of up to 100% is expected, with compensation including a per diem during rotation.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years underground and substation experience preferred.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA guidelines.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs Civil/Electrical duties at project site.
• Operates bucket truck and heavy equipment as needed.
• Assists in construction of overhead and underground services and upgrades.
• Supports safety and quality-oriented work practices.
