Job summary

RES is seeking an Apprentice Lineman to perform Civil and Electrical duties at project sites in a safety‑driven environment. The role involves constructing overhead and underground services, operating bucket trucks and heavy equipment, and adhering to all SOPs and JHAs.

On-site rotation and travel are expected. The ideal candidate has completed an accredited apprenticeship program and a high school diploma, with willingness to travel domestically and a strong commitment to safety, quality, and

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Knowledge of OSHA guidelines.
• Good written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel domestically 76-100%.
• Knowledge of distribution and transmission lines and framing.

Responsibilities

• Climbs wood poles, lattice structures, and works off steel mono pole structures.
• Clips overhead structures.
• Assists in the construction of new overhead and underground services and service upgrades.
• Operates bucket truck, digger derrick, back-hoe, production digger, tensioner, and rope puller.
• Presents and leads by example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
