Job summary

RES is seeking a Craft – Apprentice Lineman to safely and efficiently perform Civil/Electrical duties at the project site. The role involves hands-on work installing and upgrading overhead and underground services while maintaining strict safety standards.

The position requires completion of an accredited apprenticeship program and a high school diploma or GED, with domestic travel 76–100%. Our benefits start on day one, including medical, 401(k) with company match, PTO, and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited apprenticeship program is required.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 1+ years underground and substation experience preferred.
• Ability to travel domestically 76-100% required.
• Knowledgeable of OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform civil/electrical duties at the project site safely and efficiently.
• Assist in construction of overhead and underground services and upgrades.
• Operate bucket truck, digger derrick, back-hoe, production digger, tensioner, and rope puller.
• Present, support, and lead-by-example with a safety and quality-oriented attitude.
