Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Basic jewelry knowledge or repair knowledge preferred but not required.
• Varying hours including some nights and weekends.
• Full-time consists of a 40-hour work week with seasonal overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administrative tasks and customer service.
• Coordinate with stores and customers for intake and tracking.
• Photography of jewelry for intake/tracking.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair starting with polishing and quality control.
• Progress toward becoming a Bench Jeweler through the training journey.
